PAYMENT and refunds

- payment must be sent before commission is completed. if it's a large amount, we can discuss beforehand- I will send a sketch for approval, after which refunds will be partial (75% of original price)- if I haven't sent a sketch, any refunds will be the full amount- after the commission is completed I will not refund anything. This also applies if I'm in the last stages of the commission

- i have the right to refuse any commission for personal reasons- i will change small details, but not the full commission. please ask during the sketch stage if you want to change big things like pose- i require a clear, digital reference, preferably with colour swatches- as long as you credit, you can use the commission anywhere you want!- ALl prices are in great british pounds (£)- tips are always appreciated! <3 <3please note that there may be delay with commissions due to medical reasons, you can always ask for an update on your commission if you need one!
